Marley Gibson

Author of 10 books can identify with, motivate, and make kids laugh!

(No geographic limitation) Marley Gibson is the author of the popular paranormal young adult series, GHOST HUNTRESS, from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt - THE AWAKENING, THE GUIDANCE, THE REASON, THE COUNSELING and THE DISCOVERY. She has penned non-fiction books, THE OTHER SIDE: A TEEN'S GUIDE TO GHOST HUNTING AND THE PARANORMAL, also from HMH, and CHRISTMAS MIRACLES from St. Martin's. Gibson worked as a meeting planner for 22 years in corporate America, but now writes full-time while traveling in her RV. She holds a BA in Communication from The University of Alabama. She speaks to kids on their own level, using humor to connect with them as a large or small group. She can talk on the overall writing process, what it’s like to get published, being tenacious and never giving up, reaching your goals and dreams, traveling and expanding your horizons, the crazy world of the paranormal, ghost hunting 101, and something much more personal—surviving cancer—which she did when she was 15 and a cheerleader.
